What is Mapping?
Mapping is the process of mapping out a property and converting that data into a usable form for things like construction additions and property improvements.
Getting a property mapped properly is a very important task and should always be done by a qualified professional. There are many types of mapping services available and needed on a frequent basis. Some of these services include:

Who needs a Mapping Survey?
These services are typically requested by Civil Engineers and property owners. Often times, people don’t really know what type of map they need for their project until they consult with a zoning official, professional surveyor, or someone at the local Planning Department.
These maps are used to memorialize boundary lines created, adjusted, or recovered. The vast majority of these maps listed are recorded at the Count Recorder’s office and are available to the public upon recordation.
